The Barreau Hotel Group is currently seeking experienced casual Hospitality staff  for the Albion Hotel.

This position would suit applicants who have experience in all areas of Hotel operations including Bistro,Bar,Gaming & Bottleshop operations and who are prepared to work in all areas of the Hotel when required           

Successful applicants must be able to work on a flexible 7 day roster including days, nights, weekends & Public holidays.

The Albion Hotel offers a newly renovated Trackside Bar, Bistro/Bar, Alfresco dining area, function room 33 machine Jackpot gaming room & a Thirsty Camel bottle-shop.

Ideally the applicants must have:

  • Previous  experience within the hospitality industry.
  • A ‘hands-on’ approach.
  • The ability to deliver excellent customer service at all times.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent personal presentation & grooming standards.
  • Strong problem solving & resolution skills.
  •  Keno & TAB  experience.
  • Experience in bottleshop operations
  • A thorough understanding of the Jackpot Gaming system.
  • Approval as a Gaming Manager or Gaming Employee
  • Current RSA & RSG accreditation.
  • Accurate cash management skills.
  • Experience in computer POS (H&L preferred).
