There is also hands-on practical skills training in infection control, correct use of microfibre products, and includes an understanding of how to use effective methods to ensure cross contamination is avoided. You will also gain an understanding of employer expectations and how customer service skills are essential when dealing with customers.
Included in this training is 2 days training on-site at the Adelaide Meridien Hotel and Apartments. This training will allow you to train in a “real time” cleaning environment of servicing guest rooms and will broaden your employment options.
Course Duration – 9 days
Training will be conducted at a variety of sites including 353 Cross Road Clarence Gardens, Southern Cross Cleaning Marleston and the Adelaide Meridien Hotel and Apartments.
Training will include a mix of self-paced theory and practical study assessment will include a combination of both theory and practical observation. Regional and offsite courses available.
This program includes training in correct chemical management, awareness in a variety of safety issues such as manual handling, risk management and mitigation.
