Throughout the training, engagement days will be held to enable participants to connect with prospective employers, transitioning into employment outcomes. All employees or prospective employees looking to work in a gaming environment must undertake this training.
Training requirements for gaming employees and managers must be an Independent Gambling Authority (IGA) approved training course and completed within 3 months of commencing work.

is a permanent Australian resident, or a citizen of Australia or New Zealand, or a visa holder with full work rights and no conditions/restrictions; and
is aged 17 years or over; and
is not enrolled in school

Also, there’s hands-on practical skills training in conflict resolution, armed hold up, understanding customer expectations and espresso coffee preparation and service (non-accredited training).
Course Duration – 9 days
Training will be conducted at 353 Cross Road Clarence Gardens unless otherwise advised
Training will include a mix of self-paced theory and practical study assessment will include a combination of both theory and practical observation. Regional and offsite courses available.
