SYC & Rory’s Group Australia

HITsa hosted a fantastic group of students for the SYC/Rory’s Group pre-employment training in January.

All participants left with a heap of practical hospitality training (including SITSS00069 Food Safety Supervision Skill Set and HLTAID011 Provide First Aid).

They also left having gained employment with Rory’s Group. Congratulations to all the students in this program!

If you are an employer seeking to find industry trained and ready to work participants for your business, get in touch with our team on 8375 2800 or visit the website.

Cookery – the year ahead

Whilst most of the HITsa team have been relaxing and enjoying some downtime over the holidays, Chef David has been hard at work (nothing unusual) creating new and interesting dishes.

< Check out this new dish on the menu…12 hour braised beef cheek served with braised lentils, parsley and dill oil and szechuan jus…

David will be back in the kitchen to kick off the first Basic Skills for the Food Industry Skill Set in February. This course is perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking and would like to complete a short course before committing to a 12 month or 4 year nationally recognised qualification.

Why choose HITsa? Small class sizes, trainers with current industry experience and flexible training/delivery options, just to name a few…follow the link below to take a look.
