SIT20416 Certificate 2 in Kitchen Operations
- Course duration will be from eight to ten weeks, full time in total
The Certificate 2 in Kitchen Operations includes a mix of theory, practical and on the job training.
Training is full time from 9.30am to 4pm daily.
Practical training will be conducted from a fully equipped commercial kitchen.
Theory training will be conducted at 353 Cross Road Clarence Gardens unless otherwise advised.
All cookery course students will be provided with uniforms and knives.
Certificate 2 in Kitchen Operations details:
- 12 job placement days
- 12 theory days
- 20 practical days in a commercial training kitchen
