The Certificate IV in leadership course will suit developing and emerging leaders from a range of industries. Training is delivered over 24 months with a combination of classroom and self-paced learning which includes assignment work.

This combination of independent and classroom-based learning will allow you to meet and network with like-minded professionals as well as progress through activities at your own pace outside of the classroom.

This qualification is only offered through a traineeship arrangement.

This means you must be employed under a contract of training.

A traineeship arrangement allows you to learn whilst you earn and is a suitable pathway for those wishing to enter the industry with little to no prior experience.

Course Details

BSB40520 – Certificate IV in Leadership and Management

This training is delivered over the term of the contract of training which for this qualification is a nominal term of 24 months full time or part-time equivalent.

This training is offered through a rolling intake therefore students can commence at any time.

Face to face training will be conducted at:

Regional and offsite training options are available.

Training will include a mix of face-to-face training sessions and assignment work.

Assessment will include a combination of both theory knowledge and practical observation.

All course materials will be provided to the student and access to the internet will be required for assignment work and research.

Fees and Conditions

BSB40520 – Certificate IV in Leadership and Management

Course fee – $1500 (fee for service)

This course is funded by the State Government through the Subsidised Training List (eligibility criteria applies).

If eligible for subsidised training, a $200 student co-contribution is payable on enrolment (this is non-refundable should you decide to withdraw or not complete the qualification).
