Cookery Training | Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery

The Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery training provides a pathway to work as a qualified cook in a variety of organisations including hotels, clubs, restaurants, aged care and cafes.

Commercial cookery training is offered through a rolling intake therefore students can commence at any time.

This cookery training is only available through a chef apprenticeship pathway.

Course Duration

Course duration will depend on elective units selected. Approximately 898 – 945 hours from date of commencement.
