What is the course?

Aged care workers can up-skill by completing an Individual Support – Disability Skill Set.

The Disability Skill Set is suitable for those who hold a certificate 3 level qualification or higher in Community Services, Health or related field and want to develop their skills in providing person centred support to people living with a disability.

The course is government funded for eligible participants, meaning the fee could be as little as $25 per student.

Completing the Disability Skill Set will provide you with the skills and knowledge to work with people living with a disability.

Developing your skill set will give you confidence, increase employment opportunities and help with career progression.

You will also gain a nationally recognised statement of attainment after successfully completing the course.
