HITsa Training and Employment offers a range of hospitality courses in Commercial Cookery, Kitchen Operations, Bar Operations and more.
Hospitality courses are delivered at Clarence Gardens and Salisbury. On-the-job training delivery may also be available. Cookery and kitchen courses are held at the modern commercial kitchen at Edwardstown Community Club.
You can start your studies at any time. Training may include a mix of online, classroom and practical learning. We will work with you to tailor a training plan to suit your needs.
