Are you looking for a flexible part-time opportunity with a strong, values-driven company? We are a small, growing residential building company based in Stepney, and we are looking for a motivated and reliable Administrative/Bookkeeping Assistant to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Support bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliation
- Manage and organise office communications, both internal and external
- Help with scheduling and project tracking as needed
- Assist with preparing reports and ensuring accurate financial records
About You:
- Previous experience in administrative or bookkeeping roles (preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
