About the role
This role is a full-time on-site role but can be adapted to suit a working parent in a permanent part time capacity as a Customer Service All Rounder at The Paper Bahn Office National in Edwardstown, SA. It offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team providing high-quality customer service support. As a Customer Service All Rounder, you will be responsible for a range of customer-facing duties, working to ensure an exceptional experience for all of our clients.
What you’ll be doing
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or in-person interactions
- Processing orders, returns, and other customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Providing product information and recommendations to help customers find the best solutions for their needs
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation of customer interactions
- Contributing to continuous process improvement and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer journey
- Assisting the warehouse where required, with picking and processing orders
What we’re looking for
- Previous customer service experience.
- Knowledge of office supplies and products is a plus but nonessential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing efficient and effective solutions
- Proficiency in using computer systems and technology to access information and complete tasks
- Experience in social media marketing would be advantageous
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and a genuine passion for helping people
- The ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
