Your role in this company will be to organise and coordinate the day to day administrative and financial functions of the business including sales and marketing. We are looking for someone who is extremely personable and that can communicate with our clients on the phone confidently and convert calls into bookings.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Administrative / Sales Coordinator’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

– Manage incoming customer call enquiries and convert into bookings

– Dispatch, booking jobs and co-coordinating staff schedules

– Facebook and Instagram social Media advertising

– General use of Xero – payroll/ bills

– Using app-based programs

– Client Feedback Management

– Organising Staff Rosters

– Organising Vehicle servicing/ tyres/ repairs

– General administration duty’s

– IT troubleshooting and management

– Weekend work will be required and can be discussed upon interview

Skills and Experience 

  • Sales experience via phone communication
  • Minimum of 2 years of administration experience
  • Any Trade experience would be looked upon extremely highly
  • Knowledge in using Xero for finance and payroll
  • Competent in IT and troubleshooting
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Excellent management and communication skills
  • Ability to organize bookings and dispatch of jobs
