Lawson have an exciting opportunity for a part-time or fulltime administrator to join our team.

Lawson have an opportunity for a part time or full time Administrator to join our highly skilled team. The successful applicant will enjoy working in a collaborative environment with user friendly tools and a positively engaged customer base. We are looking for team members with a strong sense of personal responsibility, great attention to detail, and an ability to multi-task.
The roles will be responsible for:
The entry of workers’ compensation claims, related documentation, and invoices,
Electronic upload of documents,
Reconciliation and batching of invoices,
End of month reporting,
Managing invoice queries from external stakeholders,
EDI transmissions to the Regulator,
Income support calculations,
Administrative support to our team of Claims Consultants,
General office administration duties,
Arranging couriers, stationery orders, archiving, collecting and distributing mail, and
Liaising with external stakeholders.
Essential Criteria:
Prior experience in an administration role
A customer first commitment,
A strong sense of drive and personal accountability,
A positive mindset and desire to exceed customer expectation,
A mature communicator, able to liaise with a variety of stakeholders in a professional and discrete manner,
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel,
Advanced data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail,
Ability to multi-task and work with conflicting priorities, and
A genuine desire to contribute to a vibrant and diverse team culture.
Desired Criteria
Experience in a workers’ compensation environment is an advantage,
Experience in SolvInjury claim management software system is an advantage,
Experience in SIMS claim management software an advantage.
