Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Management: Preparing, managing, and maintaining administrative documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

  • Stock and Inventory Management: Assisting in stock management and purchasing, ensuring adequate supplies and inventory control.
  • Office Management: Overseeing general office tasks, contributing to a well-organised and efficient work environment.
  • Relationship Building: Building and maintaining positive relationships with company employees, clients, and suppliers, fostering a collaborative and supportive work culture.

  • Valid Car Driver’s Licence: Essential for commuting and occasional work-related travel.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Proficiency: High competency in Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential for performing various administrative tasks effectively.
