Responsibilities

In the role of an Administration Assistant you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administration support for Gallagher Bassett for a team dealing with the dispute phase of a workplace injury claim.

On a day to day basis you will:

  • Provide high quality customer service to all stakeholders
  • Booking appointments and referrals with service providers
  • Utilise templates to draft emails to service providers
  • Request and follow up information from external stakeholders as required
  • Monitor and Action emails as required
  • Maintain up-to-date filing systems through the delivery of accurate and regular data entry
  • Upload all relevant data and information into Gallagher Bassett and Return to Work SA systems in a timely manner

We are interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Previous data entry experience with a high level of accuracy
  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft suite
  • Experience working within a highly service focused customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a team player attitude
  • Exceptional time management and organisation skills
