Our client is a well-established wealth planning firm based in Adelaide, who focuses on clients and has an excellent reputation in Financial Planning from hard work, client advocacy and innovative thinking.

We are looking for a dynamic, confident Administration Officer to join their small, close-knit team of experienced and dedicated professionals within their city-fringe office.

To be successful in the role you will be highly motivated, with strong administrative experience and the desire to deliver exceptional service.

Working directly with the Practice Manager and the Financial Advisors, you will provide efficient and effective administrative services as well as a high-level of customer service to their clients. You will be based at reception, and expected to complete the reception duties, however this is only a small component of the role.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Front desk reception duties;
  • Support duties for Director and diary management; setting up of meetings;
  • Meet and greet clients;
  • Answer office phone calls;
  • Preparation and distribution of mail;
  • Assisting with existing client reviews, including scheduling meetings, pre-review preparation and assisting with the production of documents.
  • Administration and client paper work follow up.
  • Database management;
  • Attend to client enquiries quickly and efficiently;
  • General administrative duties;
  • Strong use of Microsoft office package (word, excel, PowerPoint)

To be successfully considered for this role you will require:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail
  • Professional presentation and phone manner
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment.
  • A proactive approach
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
