Qualifications and Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
- Previous phone sales experience is desirable but not essential.
- Proficiency in computer applications and office software.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- A proactive approach and a desire to contribute to a goal-driven environment.
