Our client based in Adelaide is looking for an administrator with Accounts payable experience, invoicing, Data Entry and general admin work.
Key Responsibilities:
– General Admin role, Answering phone, Filing
– Manage the accounts payable and receivable process
– Generate invoices and ensure timely payment
– Data Entry
– Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
– PO Numbers matching deliveries with dockets
– Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements:
– Strong skills in invoicing systems
– Proven experience in financial administration
– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
