A standout opportunity has become available for a vibrant and energetic Administration Assistant to support a trailblazing Senior Leadership Team.

Location: Adelaide CBD

Role Overview:

As the Administration Assistant, you will work very closely with the Chief of Operations that supports the CEO’s office. This role provides a variety of tasks and support to the team while working through projects and facilities of this national company

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management for the CoO, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Act as a gatekeeper, handling communication and correspondence on behalf of the CoO & CEO
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Manage the facilities and building maintenance for national offices
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient workflow in the CEO’s office
  • Event management for internal functions and special occasions
  • Corporate Events: You’ll manage the guest list for every event held in the Adelaide Entertainment Centre and Adelaide Oval Corporate Boxes – You’ll host specific events and get to enjoy them regularly

Qualifications/Essentials:

  • Proven experience as an Administration Assistant with strong administrative skills
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Must have a driver’s license
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
