PA Plumbers is a reputable family-owned business working in both domestic & commercial sectors.
We currently have a vacancy for someone looking for a part-time admin assistant position,
(2-3 days per week).
Position:
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails & online enquiries.
- Schedule tradespeople to perform work required by customers.
- Liaising with customers, employees & suppliers.
- Industry compliance.
- General admin duties.
The successful applicant should have:
- Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in an admin role.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- The ability to multi-task & adapt to changes.
- Be able to cover staff leave.
- A willingness to learn new skills.
- A positive & reliable work ethic.
Experience in a similar role is favourable and applicants with industry experience will be highly regarded.
