About the role
Croften Care Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join their team in Rose Park, SA. This is a full-time position that will provide essential administrative support to the organisation. As the Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the office and supporting the wider team.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing a range of general administrative duties such as data entry, and document preparation
- Answering and responding to incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Assisting with the organisation and maintenance of office supplies and equipment
- Supporting the team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive, proactive and customer-focused attitude
