ARG Workforce has partnered with a global leader in diesel engine technology to engage an experienced Administration Assistant for the following assignment based in the Pooraka area.
This role is an initial 3 month contract with extension/permanent conversion opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- General data entry and database management
- Scheduling of training and booking appointments
- Assisting in generating reports
- Supporting the current admin team
- Contractor compliance management (insurances, inductions, procedures)
- Other ad hoc administrative duties as required
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to tabulate and understand data
- Comfortable using Teams and Zoom (desirable)
- Exposure to Indysoft and OnLocation systems (desirable)
