ARG Workforce has partnered with a global leader in diesel engine technology to engage an experienced Administration Assistant for the following assignment based in the Pooraka area.

This role is an initial 3 month contract with extension/permanent conversion opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • General data entry and database management
  • Scheduling of training and booking appointments
  • Assisting in generating reports
  • Supporting the current admin team
  • Contractor compliance management (insurances, inductions, procedures)
  • Other ad hoc administrative duties as required

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to tabulate and understand data
  • Comfortable using Teams and Zoom (desirable)
  • Exposure to Indysoft and OnLocation systems (desirable)
