About the Role
A new opportunity is available for a highly organised individual to join our collaborative and supportive team at either our Burton or Lonsdale site in South Australia.
You will be part of a fast-paced and passionate environment to ensure the ongoing support and allocation of jobs to match our client’s needs.
This will be a rewarding role that will suit someone with strong communication skills, a high degree of initiative and the ability to exceed our customers’ expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Allocation of jobs into scheduling system for our Tier One Utility Clients
- Closing out job summaries and perform necessary checks to move to approved status
- Ensure maximum client satisfaction and day to day problem solving
- Prompt answering of numerous inbound calls and emails providing a high level of customer service
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience in administration with a customer focused attitude in a similar industry preferred
- A minimum of 1 year administration experience is required
- Ability to pick up new skills quickly and maintain accurate information
- Be solutions orientated, with focus on achieving positive client outcomes
- Proficient computer skills across the Microsoft Suites and other database type systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required
