Star Electrical is a privately owned and managed business which provides onsite electrical services to private homes and to domestic, industrial and commercial building sites from the very small to the very large. Based at Klemzig, we pride ourselves in the quality of our work and our absolute commitment to providing the best possible services and products to our customers.

A full time position (40 hrs per week) currently exists for a suitably qualified person to fulfil the role of Administration Assistant which involves general office and business administrative activities including:

  • Attending to incoming calls, general emails and other correspondence
  • Assisting with client queries, maintenance and electrical bookings
  • Daily data entry administration, filing & scanning
  • Cross training across other administrative roles within the business to assist where required
  • Liaising with builders, supervisors, contractors and suppliers
  • Assisting with other general office activities

To be considered for this role, candidates will need experience and appropriate qualifications in office administration, be a team player with an approachable persona, impeccable time management skills, display a can-do approach to their work and be willing to share their knowledge and expertise and assist wherever needed throughout the office.

A domestic, electrical background would be advantageous. Microsoft Office experience is essential to be considered.
