Your opportunity
As an Administration Coordinator for the Adelaide Central Market Authority (ACMA), you’ll be joining a dynamic and inclusive team. The Administration Coordinator, ACMA will provide effective administration support for the ACMA Board and General Manager and general office management, as well as lease and finance administration support.
Some of the day-to-day things you may see yourself doing include:
- Providing administrative support to the General Manager, ACMA including timely, effective diary management by prioritising and organising meetings.
- Providing executive support and assistance, including minute-taking and related administrative and hospitality support to Board Meetings, and other meetings.
- Running Lease administration, including assisting with tenant debtor arrears control and collection of lease rental charges.
- Processing of administration accounts, purchase orders, petty cash reconciliation, banking.
- Acting as the Market Duty Manager on a rostered basis, to cover extended hours, including enacting emergency procedures.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in providing a broad range of administrative and related clerical services
- Advanced skills in MS Office computing applications
- Strong organisational skills, the ability to successfully manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.
- A high level of written and verbal communication skills, including tact and diplomacy and able to display such skills to all levels within the organisation.
- Experience in management of accounts.
- Knowledge lease administration procedures is preferrable.
