We’re seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn Administration & Dispatch Officer to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing customer interactions, processing invoices, and ensuring orders are dispatched on time. No prior experience is required—just a strong desire to learn and the ability to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Tasks:
- Handle incoming phone calls and assist customer walk-ins.
- Process customer invoices efficiently and accurately.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing freight bookings.
- Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure orders are dispatched as required.
- Output daily reports for management.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain office supplies and manage stock lines.
- Provide office support when needed.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with distribution logistics.
- Perform data entry to maintain accurate records.
- Occasionally assist with other tasks as required.
