We’re seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn Administration & Dispatch Officer to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing customer interactions, processing invoices, and ensuring orders are dispatched on time. No prior experience is required—just a strong desire to learn and the ability to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Tasks:

  • Handle incoming phone calls and assist customer walk-ins.
  • Process customer invoices efficiently and accurately.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing freight bookings.
  • Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure orders are dispatched as required.
  • Output daily reports for management.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office supplies and manage stock lines.
  • Provide office support when needed.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with distribution logistics.
  • Perform data entry to maintain accurate records.
  • Occasionally assist with other tasks as required.
