Who we are:

Hallweld Bennett is a proud South Australian company with a strong market the Height Safety & Access Space

We specialise in designing, installing, and servicing height safety, building & roof access, and fall-protection solutions for a diverse range of clients, including facility managers, government entities, defence, and construction companies.

What you will be doing:

  • Preparing and completing of Work Packs for onsite jobs
  • Maintaining Petty Cash register, Job Cost Spreadsheet, Credit Card purchases, etc
  • Processing Debtor and Creditor invoices to MYOB 
  • Organising approval and payment of Creditors, and track outstanding Debtors – contact debtors to pursue prompt payment
  • Supporting the finance team with PAYG, BAS, payroll timesheets, WorkCover, etc 

What you will need:

  • Diploma or Certificate IV in Business Admin or relevant experience
  • Desirable – 3 years previous experience in a similar role/industry
  • Analysing information and documentation skills
  • Proficiency with MYOB package
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication 
  • Highly organised and able to meet deadlines
