Administration/Office Assistant
3 days per week 9:30am to 2:30pm (flexible). To commence as soon as possible.

This role will ideally suit any applicant considering returning to the workforce seeking school hour flexibility.
You will report directly to the Finance and Administration Officer and be responsible for a variety of administration tasks and general office support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming telephone calls and forward to appropriate personnel/department
- Handling incoming & outgoing mail (including electronic mail)
- Data entry – MYOB, Excel
- Prepare customer invoices
- Accounts Payable data entry and reconcile Statements
- Filing
- Providing general administration support
- Maintaining basic cleanliness and tidiness of the office environment
- Keeping stock of all office requirements
Key Requirements:
- A pleasant phone manner
- Intermediate Microsoft Office experience
- Ability to work efficiently and with minimum supervision
- Friendly, approachable and helpful
- Previous experience in administration and accounts
- Be self-motivated with a positive attitude
- To work as part of a team and assist colleagues when required
- Ability to multi task
- Attention to detail
- Reliable and honest
The successful applicant must be able to handle a diverse and fluctuating workload and be proactive during quieter times.
