Playford Plumbing and Gas is a family owned and operated plumbing and gas maintenance business dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and reliability, ensuring that every interaction with our clients reflects our commitment to professionalism and excellence in our trade.

We are currently seeking a motivated Administration Officer to join our team based in Munno Para.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone and email correspondence
  • Liaise with customers, clients, property managers, and our field technicians
  • Schedule jobs and work orders using our job management system
  • Format quotes and invoices
  • Liaise with suppliers for material orders
  • Provide all necessary administration support to the team including data entry, reporting, filing, and record keeping
  • Monitor and update social media posts

Skills and Attributes:

  • Previous experience in administration and customer service
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to use a range of online management systems
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent phone manner, positive attitude, and professional demeanour
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both in a team and autonomously
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience using ServiceM8 will be highly regarded
