Eldercare is seeking an Administration Assistant to work in our Governance, Risk and Compliance team

We are currently looking for an administration all-rounder to support the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) team. This is a full time Administration role located in Eastwood, reporting to the General Manager, Risk and Compliance
The Role
As the GRC Administration your responsibilities would be:
- Collating data for reporting and analysis.
- Supporting document management on behalf of the GRC unit.
- Assisting with projects and initiatives.
- Organising meetings and taking minutes for the GM GRC and other GRC team members as required
- Managing travel and accommodation for the GRC team members as required
- Provide short term relief for Head Office Reception and other Head Office administrative staff as required.
- Ensuring absolute confidentiality on all matters related to the role.
About You
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Proven experience in a similar or equivalent administrative role
- A current Australian Driver’s Licence is required. (travel to other Eldercare sites may be required from time to time)
- Knowledge of and proven experience with quality Systems and Procedures
- A High attention to detail
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to act in a confidential manner on all matters related to the role
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Work, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint (Power BI knowledge would be an advantage)
- Qualification in or currently studying Business Administration, Project Management or similar would be an advantage
- Understanding of meeting protocols
- Outstanding planning and customer service skills
- An understanding of the project environment
- A willingness to learn new systems and acquire knowledge in a business environment

To work for Eldercare, you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care (vulnerable) and clearance needs to be less than 12 months since date of issue.

- Be vaccinated against COVID-19 as per current ATAGI guidelines
