About the role
We are looking for someone experienced, highly motivated and driven individual looking to take their career further in OOH media with opportunities to learn and grow. As our Admin Officer, you will work alongside a small team to ensure the smooth and accurate flow of information across our depts. (including sales, operations, finance etc) and external contractors, helping to support the end-to-end sales, booking advertising campaigns, communicate with wide range of stakeholders from corporate clients to government organisations and delivery process of advertising campaigns and other tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities
– First point of contact for clients and stakeholders over the phone, via email or in person
– Supporting with sales of advertising (scheduling, asset recommendations, mapping exercises, post campaign reporting, imagery)
– Liaising directly with external clients including handling incoming queries and following to resolution, assisting with sales and client presentations of proposals.
– Producing various reporting (excel, PPT) and delivering data insights and analysis to senior management.
– Building relationships and supporting internal stakeholders and cross functional teams to bolster a seamless campaign lifecycle in outdoor advertising
– Maintenance and upkeep of data in our CRM and utilising our internal tools and platforms.
– Administrative support and other ad hoc tasks as required
– Represent the company to corporate or sponsor events
Experience:
– Ideally you’ll have a background in front line customer service, sales support or administration with an eye for detail and the ability to prioritise your tasks effectively.
– You must be competent with MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PPT) as well as having exceptional time management and organisational skills with the ability to work within tight deadlines.
– We’re looking for a dedicated team player who thrives on pro-activity and is enthusiastic with a can-do attitude!
– qualification in Marketing (desirable but not necessary) No media experience necessary, just a willingness to learn and grow in this exciting and fast-paced industry!
