Maxima is an Australia-wide, not-for-profit community organisation employing over 600 apprentices, trainees and people in permanent and temporary employment.
We are looking for a highly organised Administration Officer to join our Group Training team to effectively manage our databases and provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
Some of the things you will do:
- Manage customer enquires, generate reports and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide accurate and timely information to perspective Australian Apprentices
- Assist Consultants to compile and verify required onboarding documents
- Maintain compliance documents on database
- Work with the wider team to plan and implement administration projects and reporting to ensure continuous improvement of systems and processes
What is required?
- Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
- Basic understanding of data management systems
- Ideally, experience in working with a GTO, RTO or ACP in an administration environment
- Certificate III in Business (desired)
- Strong interpersonal skills with sound verbal and written communication skills
- Resilient and results oriented
- Confident in establishing and building relationships
- To be prepared to obtain a National Police Clearance and Working With Children Check
- Evidence of approved ATAGI COVID Vaccinations, or a valid exemption as required from the relevant government health authority
