Our labour hire workforce is predominantly placed within warehousing, administration, hospitality, cleaning, agriculture and agriculture related industries including, horticulture, aquaculture, meat production just to name a few.
About the Role
Are you detail-oriented, highly organised, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? We’re looking for an Administration Officer to join our Workforce Solutions team, a customer-focused and industry-driven recruitment division. In this role, you’ll apply your strong administrative skills, gain valuable experience, and play an essential part in upholding our commitment to exceptional customer service supporting our national team.
As an Administration Officer, you’ll take on a dynamic mix of responsibilities, such as:
- Supporting compliance requirements like work rights verification and contractual obligations
- Preparing on-hire employment and induction documentation
- Maintaining databases, performing data entry, updating Excel spreadsheets, and managing records
- Producing and distributing standard documentation
- Compiling reporting requirements
- Assisting with sourcing suitable candidates
What You’ll Bring
- Strong Administrative Skills: Proven experience in managing detailed tasks with precision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Able to work efficiently within a digital workspace.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills for effective communication.
