About the Role:

We are seeking an organised, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our client’s team as an Administration Support Officer in Cavan SA! This role will involve managing administrative tasks, communication with a variety of Stakeholders, trouble shooting, record-keeping, and assisting with financial administration in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support across various departments.
  • Manage communication and maintain filing systems.
  • Assist with reports, scheduling, and financial records.
  • Support inventory management and office operations.
  • Coordinating deliveries

Requirements:

  • Proven recent experience in administration
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
