Are you an administrative wiz with a passion for sports? Our Lady Of Grace School (OLOG) in Glengowrie is seeking a dedicated and organized Sports Administration Officer to assist with administering our co-curricular sports program. About the Role

As a Sports Administration Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative activities of our co-curricular sports programs. This permanent part-time position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare timely and accurate documentation, guides, permissions, and consents for co-curricular sporting activities.
  • Assist in preparing internal and external publications, related to co-curricular sports.
  • Assist with enquiries from students, parents, employees, the school community, and external parties related to co-curricular sports.
  • Utilise data systems to produce and maintain student records, including nominations, permissions, team lists, and schedules, and prepare accurate reports.
  • Provide reporting and assist in maintaining records of sports payments in consistent with OLOG fees policy.
  • Assist in the maintenance of calendars for sports events and excursions, providing administrative assistance as needed.
  • Maintain sports uniform hire stock.
  • Actively support the organisation of and participation in school sports events and activities.

About You

You are a confident communicator and skilled administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You bring:

  • A strong commitment to the Catholic ethos of the school.
  • Certificate IV in Business/Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Strong digital literacy, especially in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent time management, communication and organisational skills.
  • A commitment to confidentiality, teamwork, and child safety.
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and relevant clearances.
  • First Aid and RRHAN-EC training (or willingness to obtain).
