Administration Officer

About the role

As an Administration Officer, you will play a key part in providing general administration support across the firm.

  • Working hours 8:30am to 5:00pm

Furthermore, you will:

  • Provide administration support as needed across the firm
  • Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail (including reception cover)
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal staff
  • Ensure the office is well-maintained, tidy and stocked with necessary supplies

About you

Are you a highly organised individual with a knack for multitasking and a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a proactive Administration Officer to support our team and help ensure daily operations run efficiently.

Your skills and experience should include:

  • Experience in administration support or related role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
