We are currently seeking a full-time, experienced go-getter Administration Officer to join our team and assist the Branch Manager and the Administration Team with a range of administrative functions. The position is full-time with a long-term employment opportunity

Successful candidates will be integrated into a dynamic and supportive team comprised of multi-skilled tradespersons and assistants within a workshop recognised for its industry leadership.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Administration Officer to perform a range of functions. Applicants must have experience in accounts. Duties will include:

• Bank reconciliations
• General Administration duties, including HR, work health and safety, employee inductions, and training
• General debtor and creditor entries
• Customer invoicing
• End-of-month reconciliations

Demonstrated Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience in an administrative role with excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience in accounts and financial management. Experience in Titan Software would be advantageous.
• Previous experience in a safety, training or quality-related role is highly regarded.
