They are looking to engage an experienced administrator to support the Executive Manager some of the key duties of this position are:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary management
  • Provide full administrative support
  • Flagging meetings, projects or tasks with the Senior Management
  • Document control
  • Minuting
  • Powerpoint presentations
  • Back up to incoming mail and office calls.
  • Assist with catering and company/office events

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has the following skills set:

  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • A proactive approach to work
  • Shows initiative and encourages outcomes
  • High attention to detail

The successful candidate is able to draw on previous experience and hit the ground running. You should have a professional, friendly and approachable style of work, as well as strong communication skills (verbal and written).
