We are a rapidly expanding Electrical & Air Conditioning business in Airlie Beach and on Hamilton Island that specialises in providing high quality and efficient service to residents, complexes, luxury boats and management groups. Our operations are managed and run from an Adelaide office for the technical teams in QLD.

We pride ourselves on providing extremely high levels of customer service and having a team of highly skilled and knowledgeable tradespeople.

Skills and Qualities of the Applicant

  • Previous experience with Simpro and Xero will be advantageous
  • Previous electrical business experience will be advantageous
  • Great customer service skills are essential
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task

About the role

  • Office workhours 8am-4:30pm Monday to Friday
  • Business operations are based in QLD and administration is based in SA, the ability to communicate effectively is essential due to this
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Manage emails and company inbox
  • Book jobs and manage technicians schedules
  • Ensure technicians tasks are completed on jobs
  • Assist with ad-hoc office duties as required
  • Assist with basic quoting
