Join our team at Complete Electronic Services, a leading provider of on site and in workshop electronic repairs. We are committed to delivering outstanding service to our clients, and we’re seeking a dedicated Administration/Receptionist to join our service centre team.

Job Description: As a part of our Administration and reception team you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing professional administrative support and delivering exceptional customer service. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining a positive client experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team, this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanour.
  • Answer incoming calls, direct calls to appropriate personnel, and take messages as needed.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling service calls, coordinating technicians, office management, data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area and showroom.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures while demonstrating a commitment to excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanour.

Schedule:

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
  • On-site position at our service centre at Welland Plaza, Port Rd
