About the role
The Colley Hotel is seeking a friendly and organised Administration Support to join our team on a casual basis. This role will be based in Glenelg and will provide administrative assistance to ensure the smooth running of our hotel operations.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
- Assisting with the coordination of staff schedules and rosters
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Supporting the management team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Desirable skill set in the use of H&L pos system and MYOB
- A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Hours of work
- Saturday 7am – 5pm
- Sunday 7am – 3pm
