About the role

The Colley Hotel is seeking a friendly and organised Administration Support to join our team on a casual basis. This role will be based in Glenelg and will provide administrative assistance to ensure the smooth running of our hotel operations.

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assisting with the coordination of staff schedules and rosters
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Supporting the management team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Desirable skill set in the use of H&L pos system and MYOB
  • A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Hours of work

  • Saturday 7am – 5pm
  • Sunday 7am – 3pm
