About the position
The role of the Administration Support Officer is to be the first point of contact for the Junior School and provide administrative support to the staff, parents and students at the Junior School. To assist the Senior Administration Coordinator – Junior School. To maintain general Junior School databases and support the day to day running of the Junior School Office. To be a point of call with regards to school issues, absentees, fundraising and first aid.
This is a permanent, part-time position working Monday – Friday, 12pm-5pm.

As the successful applicant you will:
- Well-developed experience in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook and Excel and experience in using database applications.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritise multifaceted tasks and respond to changing requirements of the role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with clear ability to be able to work effectively with a range of people including students, staff, parents and community.
- Be able to effectively engage and counsel students and other members of the School community.
