About the opportunity:
The Advice Administration Officer is responsible for the delivery of all functions associated with a member’s financial advice cycle. This role works closely with Industry Fund Services (IFS) financial planners and is responsible for coordinating all financial advice administration which includes member referrals, booking appointments, conducting preliminary investigations and establishing member profiles in XPlan.
About you
Working under general direction, you will be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail and possess a high level of written and verbal communication skills. You will possess a broad range of knowledge regarding superannuation and financial planning processes.

- Ability to effectively manage conflicting business priorities and multiple tasks, within a fast-paced changing environment focussed on balancing quality and productivity and to foster commitment to ongoing business needs
- Experience providing a member/customer focussed service
- Demonstrated experience managing administration tasks
- Demonstrated experience communicating in person and over the phone with members and providing a high level of professionalism

Remuneration
ASO4 – $76,561 min – $80,256 max per annum, plus superannuation
