Barista / Cafe All-rounder

Are you a coffee enthusiast with a passion for creating the perfect cup? We are looking for a skilled Barista to join our dynamic team at our mobile café in Firle. If you have a strong coffee background and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality coffee and espresso drinks, including latte art, with speed and precision
• Dial in the grind and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Serve customers with a smile, providing top-notch service
• Handle high-volume coffee production efficiently
• Make smoothies, food prep, and grill toasties
• Work collaboratively in a close-knit team to deliver an excellent café experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong coffee experience is a must
• Confident in making latte art and handling a busy environment
• Must be able to handle high volume while maintaining quality
• Positive, bright personality with great customer service skills
• Flexibility to work weekends is essential
• A team player who thrives under pressure

Shift Details:

• Daytime hours, starting at 6:15 AM, finishing between 2:30-3:00 PM
• Weekend availability is a must
• up to 25 hours (more to become available)
