Working as part of a team of Business Support Officers, you will collaboratively deliver a range of specialized financial operational and compliance functions. Your role will focus on supporting Divisions and Directorates with a strong emphasis on timeliness, support, and customer service.

The Business Support Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and financial support services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Medical Professional Development Reimbursements
  • Recharge Revenue and Payments
  • General Ledger Journals
  • Financial Services to Divisions and Directorates

You experience will include:

  • Proven recent financial experience, preferably within a large organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Access, and Word.
  • Experience in reviewing and improving processes, including documenting procedures and local work instructions.
  • Skilled in completing reconciliations.
