Franzon’s Hilton Hotel is seeking to employ an experienced and qualified Chef for a casual position of approximately 25-35 hours per week.
Our successful Chef will be efficient in working in a diverse kitchen and must be able to demonstrate the following –
- Sound knowledge on hand stretched wood fire Neapolitan pizza making
- Worked with a wood fire pizza oven
- Ability to work on your own
- Work efficiently under pressure
- An eye for detail
- Able to follow standard recipe cards
- Competent in all kitchen aspects, including desserts
- OHWS understandings
- Entitlement to work (Visa or Citizenship) to be provided at interview
- Food Handlers Certificate
The Chef will demonstrate a passion for food and enjoy working in a friendly team environment which maintains a high standard of consistency.
Due to the nature of the position, applicants must be able to work on a flexible roster over a 7 day period, including public holidays.
Must have full working rights
