Qualifications & experience

  • Minimum experience of 2 years
  • Food handling certificate

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Monitoring food prep
  • Ensuring food presentation is maintained to standards
  • Managing food hygiene standards
  • Ensuring quality off ingredients and correct food storage
  • Organising and supervising work of kitchen staff.
