Join the team at Loucas Restaurant, a well-established modern Mediterranean seafood

restaurant, known for quality dining and a passionate kitchen team.

Position: Chef de Partie

Start Date: Immediate

● 2 weeks off over the Christmas and New Year period

We’re looking for someone who:

● Holds a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery

● Ideally has 2–3 years’ experience as a Commis Chef

● Has previous experience as a Chef de Partie or is ready to step up

● Is reliable, motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen

● Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in presentation

● Works well as part of a team

●Has sound food safety and hygiene knowledge
