Your day to day

Prepares, cooks and serves food
Monitor routine workplace operations
Assist in breaking down and setting up various kitchen stations
Prepare kitchen for the restaurant and banqueting
Store stock in compliance with set food safety standards
Keeping everything spotless to meet or beat local cleanliness and hygiene standards
Adhere to all regulations in respect of Health and safety, hygiene, guest safety, fire regulations and emergency procedures
Pitching in with washing up and other kitchen tasks as needed

What we need from you

Qualifications in Commercial Coolery/Culinary Arts from a registered training provider
Proven hospitality Kitchen experience
Sometimes you’ll need to lift, push and pull big objects up to 50lbs (23 kg). This can involve bending and kneeling
Good reading, writing and basic maths
Flexability with night, weekend and public holiday shifts
Communication skills – ability to develop rapport within a short time frame
Previous customer service experience, preferably within the hospitality industry
Display a commitment to our guests to consistently maintain a high level of quality at all times
