About the Opportunity

As the face of our Head Office, you will be a highly organised and customer-focused individual and serve as the critical first point of contact for our clients, visitors and employees.

This pivotal role will be responsible for maintaining our professional image supporting operational efficiency across multiple administrative functions.

Reporting to the Executive Assistant to Chief Executive you will be responsible for:

  • Deliver a warm, genuine welcome and gracious farewell to every individual entering our office
  • Ensure all communications are responded to promptly, professionally, and with meticulous attention to detail
  • Maintain reception and communal areas always ensuring immaculate presentation
  • Administrative and operational support
  • Collaborate seamlessly with business units to coordinate, catering arrangements, inventory control, event logistics and office infrastructure needs.

About You

We are seeking an exceptional corporate professional with a vibrant, proactive personality who thrives on delivering outstanding service. As a self-starter with an innate ability to manage diverse administrative functions, you will bring energy, enthusiasm, and meticulous attention to detail to our team.

Your strong communication skills, capacity to handle tight deadlines with grace, and ability to excel both collaboratively and independently make you the ideal candidate to transform our reception experience. Essential 

  • High level administrative skills set
  • Strong Computer Literacy, MS Office experience and an ability to quickly learn new tech systems.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities.
